Q: What is the interview process like?

Interviews are very informal, no need to dress to impress. During this process you will be interviewed by one or two board members of the mentoring program. We require this process to learn more about your strengths, passions, goals and most importantly to get to know you as a potential mentor. We essentially do this to help in pairing you with a mentee that has similar interests or have a lack of knowledge in a particular field.
